"Overall my stay was very good. Only complaint was the shuttle service/van. We got in the night before our flight so went over to the airport to print boarding pass and have dinner. The shuttle van was right on time but it was very old and rickety with cold air coming in around the windows and this was during a cold snap and temperature was below freezing. The van overheats on the way to the airport and has to pullover and a new van sent to pick us up. Then when we are ready for pickup we call...

My only complaint is that we were not informed before we booked the hotel that we would be charged just for parking there at the hotel. I think the high cost of overnight parking should have been disclosed up front. I would have chosen a different location had I been aware . Overall, though, the hotel was very nice . "
