"It was a big apartment, king bed, full kitchen which we didn't use. But the living was not comfortable, couch was too small and we had to put our feet on the table to stretch out to watch TV. Really didn't like all the stairs to get to our room. I did like the barista in Cafe Duro. We had a nice chat and I enjoyed her coffee."

I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. "The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay.
