"Although we only stayed one night we had a great stay! We arrived early but were able to spend the day at the pool before our room was ready. We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."

We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. The hotel doesn’t cater to families or young kids but it was still an excellent place if you do have kids. It was a short walk to everything we needed while we were on the resort...

"This was my 5th time staying at this resort and I can't imagine a better hotel for the money. This trip I brought 10 other friends along and they all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The updated rooms are large and comfortable. The views spectacular. We ate at the main restaurant and bar multiple times and the food was always good for the money. The multiple hot spring pools are a perfect way to end an adventurous day in the rain forest. "
