"Not what I expected or that was shown on website. Booked for 2 nights but the first night there was no room available, but this was due to Expedia. The hotel did manage to find me a room elsewhere which was actually much better than their own rooms. Will not stay there again nor make use of Expedia again"

"We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. The only thing missing are hooks to hang the towels, maybe also more shelves. "

"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"After a complete false start with another hotel denying booking this one was arranged by Expedia. However the same happened but the hotel owner seeing we had children said we must stay. 🙏 thank you. "We had a bit of trouble finding the place. There were two locations on Google Maps, and as we were walking on the road, essentially lost, a woman from the hotel found us on the street. I'm not sure how—maybe one of the tuk-tuk drivers we had initially tried to get to drive us to the hotel but who had mysteriously refused had called the hotel and told them there were three lost white people wandering up the road.
