"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. You have access to a very large pool and a ton of good restaurants. MJs food and drinks are across the street. My only gripe was the datedness. I love the Buddha statues and art. Price is on point. "

Arrived in Pattaya and received no check in details, had to wait for VRBO to try and contact host. No reply and had to find another property to stay. "

"Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up!"
