"Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

"Very nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Amazing restaurants, pools and games room and delicious buffet breakfast. All staff were very friendly and polite but specially: Risma at Vista restaurant and Matt at the lobby went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
