"The hotel complex itself is really nice, it’s big but it’s well maintain with really nice grounds, pool and bar/lobby area, very grand! We stayed in the garden villa rooms which was really nice, great outside area with a little plunge pool and huge bath big enough for two. It also had good access to both the town side and the beach. The room was good, and although we found some hair in the bathroom when checking in, we appreciated their action and the complimentary fruits basket they send us for this. "Stayed with my family in a poolside room. The staff were amazing - helpful and friendly. Food was great. The only challenge is that it's not the easiest to leave and explore by foot due to having to cross a busy street and being a bit of a walk from central to south Patong which is where markets etc are. Do make use of the free shuttle to Jungceylon mall as it's close to all the action. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future."
