"Such a beautiful resort and the perfect location. Close enough to Patong beach but also just far enough away from the wild party that is Bangla walking St. Staff were amazing and breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was great, devine view, comfy pillows, air-conditioning. "

"Amazing experience. Wonderful hotel, excellent amenities and very friendly staff. The rooms are very large and the private pool is a great treat. Excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. But close to many beaches and restaurants. Breakfast not amazing but the other food is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. "Overall this hotel is good. And even though it is still being built. It’s not an issue. It just isn’t very pretty in some places but all the bits that count are nice. I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. The room was cleaned well but there was always plates etc outside peoples room that stayed there for days at a time. And then a lot of the staff all felt very young and inexperienced. Which...

"Great hotel. Would stay again. The only bad point I’d say is that my room had a funny smell when I entered. I think it was because the shower would take ages to drain causing the smell. Other than that, was a great stay!!! "

"Too many rude Russians, we decided to go elsewhere as the lounge chairs had the same people reserving the same lounge chairs daily! Their towels would be on the chairs and they would be gone for hours! From early morning which was strange seeing the towels weren’t made available until 9am, but they seem to reserve them daily! Loud and Rude, they have no consideration for anyone but their own race! "

"Very nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Amazing restaurants, pools and games room and delicious buffet breakfast. All staff were very friendly and polite but specially: Risma at Vista restaurant and Matt at the lobby went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket, Thailand. "

"Kee totally nailed it, meeting all expectations for the price. If you want to be near Parong beach, this is it. They have a great breakfast with all the usual stuff, plus a nice pool and pool bar and most importantly clean nice rooms. I'd recommend it."

"Only thing to add is make sure when you check out to get your security deposit back. When I did check out they did not mention the deposit. So make sure you tell them."

"We had an amazing stay at Karon sea sands, highly recommend the pool access rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, breakfast was fantastic, beds were super comfortable, was stoked to have a bath in the room also. We will definitely be back next trip. Many thanks to the fabulous staff and their generous hospitality :)"

"Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible. Helen helped me so much! Would recommend if you are staying for the first time in Phuket!"

"Second visit to the hotel great as always. We had 2 bedroom suites which was great for family of 4. Only main issues are the swimming pool chair hogs. Towels put down over night or super early when it’s dark but they don’t actually turn up till after lunch - the pool staff should monitor this if not returned to bed in 1 hour remove the stuff."
