"there are two different sets of elevators. One of which we took was for a different company which we were not aware of and have not been alerted by the hotel staff. Embarrassing enough we were greeted by the staff who was so kind in guiding us to the right elevator for hotel guess."

"Overall an outstanding stay. Convenient location with lots of neighborhood shops and restaurants but a quick cab ride to downtown. Probably he most attentive service I have ever experienced in a hotel. And the breakfasts served in your room or on the small patio are excellent. Downside are tiny rooms (ours was smaller than an inside cabin on a cruise ship) plus we were put into an accessible room so the bathroom was like camping out. "
