"Very clean and nice facility. The owner welcomed us for early check in since we arrived quite early. Was very friendly and the service was well above what is to be expected."

"The place was beautiful and immaculate. We were keen to give a 5 star rating to this property . However on our 2 nd last night the pool maintenance people may have not left a chemical in the pool which possibly should not have been used for 24 hrs . This was not communicated to us and actually it should have been done after we had left. As a result 3 kids who played in the pool was he following morning developed chemical burns and were tearful.. "The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. "Comfortable villa, easy drive to Rawai and all its restaurants. supermarkets and other amenities. A particularly good coffee shop within a hundred yards. Only drawback was the rather rough road to the villa itself, but you get used to that! Spotlessly clean and beautiful towel "sculptures"!"

"High property. Very modern. Loved the laundry service. Everything about the condo was nice. The lights going on with motion was different. In the middle of the night the lights would turn on and off on their own which made for sleeping interesting. Location was not always known by the cab companies. Good all around."

"We had a great experience. The house was spacious with lots of terrace space. The neighborhood was about 5 minute walk from the main road and 15 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed having several small restaurants, a gym and a few local massage shops nearby. The best part of staying here was Gob. She is the caretaker of the property. "Great villa far away from touristic places. Very responsible and hospitable host. We lived here for 10 days with my friends (4 persons). You can rent a car in the airport and travel around the island."

"This villa is funky and unique just as the listing describes and definitely matches the pictures. The pool was great and the art work/decorations were interesting. However, on arrival we were asked to leave a passport with the owner as a deposit for the entirety of our stay, therefore one of us would have not had our passport on us whilst in the country which is not allowed for foreigners. "Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative"

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
