"Property is well maintained, pretty, and walkable to central area. We had mixed experiences with front desk staff; some were very friendly and approachable, others less so. Some miscommunication over check-in/having luggage ready in our room once it was available but overall we enjoyed our stay here."

"We enjoyed a lovely stay. The staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, the evening meals were also delicious. The spa is nice, shame that some guests don’t read the rules to allow others to enjoy the place (maybe they should be put up outside the spa entrance). The room was beautiful with lovely bedding. Location for us was great too, just outside but a very short way to the centre. Can’t fault anything. We’d definitely come back. "

We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a...

"After a long flight from the US and then a short flight from LHR; we were welcomed by the nicest members of staff at the Leo. We received goodies in our room and were able to relax upon arrival. Recommendations for sights, food, and relaxation were provided upon request! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Right in the action of old town but a block away that ensured quiet time and peace. "
