"My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

The service could have been better as we ran out of bathroom amenities which were not replenished timely. The complementary water bottles in the room where plastic (not eco friendly) and the bottle caps. where very hard to open, to the point that I developed a slight abrasion from trying to open them. Park Royal Collections is conveniently located in the bustling bukit bintang and close to the shops and food stores. Overall, would recommend this place."
