No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."

"Reasonable price and good location. The hotel is the front of Pudu bus station to easy get the airport bus. The first night, my room is 714 which was OK, but the second night, changed to the room 1204. The room 1204 has a lot of tiny ants around the bathroom basin and a little bit on the desk, also tiny flies flew around the desk. "

"Just one of the best infinity pools in Kuala Lumpur. I enjoyed several afternoons up on the roof. AMAZING huge apartment - hotel with beautiful views over KL from the 19th floor. Great simple communications from the team and every question or request dealt with immediately. "

"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."
