She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. They gave us absolutely anything we needed, we were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they had gifts ready at check in, and any time we had a turndown service new trinkets would appear in the room to suit what we needed.
