"Beautiful new hotel. Great pool, gym and club lounge for coffee, wine and snacks with a Jew of Seoul Tower. The only drawback was the staff knowledge. I had to feel them the club lounge served alcohol beverages and had a happy hour. Additionally, I got the wrong directions form two different staff members on where to catch the bus to the airport which happens to be directly across the street. Unfortunately I walked several block with all my luggage in tow until I found someone on the street that...

"The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay. "

"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."

"This place is very beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the staff are very friendly. The showers are HOT and have adjustable HIGH pressure. It is also located near Bukcheon Hanok village, which is my favorite place in Seoul to walk and shop. This place has a nice mix of traditional style and modern comfort. If I could suggest any improvements, it would be nice to offer a Korean style breakfast to match the traditional decor (although the breakfast served is delicious). Also, individual locking...

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. The room on the 16th floor had a nice view of Namsan mountain and the Seoul tower. Our visit was in late February, 2025 so it was quite cold outside. However, our room was excessively warm and wouldn't go below 25 degrees Celsius, even with the window open. The queen bed only had two pillows which were very firm and uncomfortable. In the evening, the internet speed dropped to only 10Mbs download which made it impossible to complete some work related...
