"The staff were wonderful and typically Japanese they were super polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant and room service is very tasty. The rooms are very comfortable. I had the best sleep in weeks in that bed. I did have to request a room with a desk when I first arrived but this was no problem for the staff and they switched my room immediately without hesitation. Finally the location is excellent as it is right above Nagoya station ( no noise) and there is also a shopping center...
