Hotel was very very quiet and beautiful. Staffs were amazing! We especially received many help from the hotel front staff name TAKABE. So polite, helpful, always smiling and her English was great! Thank you for the memorable trip in Nagoya! Will visit again. "

"Both me and family members loves the location and the hot tub at the facility. I have personal incidents that required last minute booking and hotel staff are so accomidating and understanding about the situation where they reseve a room for me and indicate if i need to cancel it before required time that they will do the refund. I am much pleasant and appreciate the hotel staffs and their kind understanding, they touch my heart when i needed the most 🙏"

"Having stayed at sister brand Onyado, I find that Dormy has a cheaper feel to just about everything. It feels like it is intended more for the business traveller, the quick in & out trip. Room was the smallest of the hotels I stayed in this recent Japan trip. They give free bottles of water whilst we were guests but the moment we checked out and asked for a bottle each for me and my wife for the airport bus journey, they turned us down saying it was only for guests. I literally just checked out....
