"Overall a comfortable stay with large, comfortable, warm rooms. When we arrived there were no staff on reception despite advice that there would be until 10:30 so we had to go to the hotel next door to check-in. Unfortunately, because there are no staff at night, smokers congregate in the canopied entrance with the doors constantly opening and thus all the communal areas stank of cigarettes. This did dissipate by the following day but it wasn’t a great arrival especially as the smokers made...
