The concierge staff is extremely helpful, and the Red Bar restaurant is very good. The Sacher isn't cheap, but special offers make it affordable and it offers good value for the money. Perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed in."

"Location was very central & convenient to major sites. We were able to walk to every site of interest but for Schönbrunn Palace, which was easy due to convenient access to the underground. Room was quiet though hotel is center of the city. Staff friendly & helpful. Two complimentary bottles of Viennese wines in the fridge was a nice touch. I recommend this establishment and would stay there again. "
