"The staff, the property and the amentities are all outstanding. My only reason for not giving the hotel 5 out of 5 is because the dine in options are not great and room service took over an hour each time we ordered even though the hotel was at half capacity. Both times my kids fell asleep hungry because the food didnt come within the 30 mins they told us it would."

"Lovely hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful . The room was a bit dated but very nice . The bed was very comfortable. The room was peaceful and even though facing a busy street, was not noisy at all. The breakfast was great. The room was great value for the quality. My only complaint was that the toilet in my room (606) was not flushing optimally. "
