"We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage. That's how we got started with this hotel: "Impecable Professionalism"....

Unfortunately the first room we were assigned to reeked of smoke (we booked non-smoking) and it took some time for the staff to assign us to a new room. Other than that, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Gym was also clean and well-equipped. Would recommend."
