"The Staff were brillian and customer service excellent. Had dinner at the 33 rd floor restaurant and the head chef ( a Korean) was amazing with his knowledge and uderstanding of his office. And for the guys at the conceige, amazing. What can I say of the maids and those at reception. Will definately come back"

"Fantastic stay with my family. It is the definition of 5 star located in downtown, in a very affluent area offering excellent dining options as well as. 5 mins walk from the Souk. Staff were extremely friendly from the checking staff to house keeping and even the concierge. Free valet parking was available which we took advantage off, staff were always at hand to help all the time. Highly recommend the hotel if you are visiting Doha "

"A big property, nice facilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The air con was quiet and could be easily adjusted. The rooms are spacious, but maybe a little tired and need updating. The service was very good but not exceptional or personal. The restaurants were a bit overpriced. I wasn’t able to book one room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children so had to spend extra booking two separate but adjoining rooms. "

Our stay was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Near the reception area, there was complimentary dates and Arabic coffee which was always a lovely treat. "We got the sea view room and we could hear the music from the bar by the pool until 2 am. However the staff were willing to switch us to the quiet side. I did not move because I had to take all my luggage down to the concierge. If you are a light sleeper ask for room on the quiet side. The staff gave us complementary breakfast for the inconvenience, which was excellent.They also gave us box breakfast on the day we left. Great staff."

"From arrival to departure we could not have been looked after any better. The staff were very professional friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. The food in the hotel was very high quality. The Mulberry bar was very quaint with a massive selection of drinks available. The pool and pool area was meticulously clean as was everywhere else in amd around the hotel. The pool bar was a great place to cool down and partake in a refreshing drink. "The hotel is walking distance to Souq Waqif and close to the Hamad international airport. There is a complementary shuttle bus to the beach. Very clean, safe, and quiet, modern spacious rooms. Friendly staff at the reception desk. There is one onsite restaurant on the second floor where the a la carte lunch service was slow and food was disappointing, however the breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of variety and good quality."
