"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). "This is a very luxurious hotel. It has all the colonial charms of the past. Although the room was beautiful, the design of the bathroom was uncomfortable. It was hard to use the toilet with hitting your head on the small glass enclosure. The towels were located with the toilet rather than the shower and there was no soap dispenser with the second sink. The location was not near any eating establishments and the options at the hotel were pricey and limited. "
