"Hotel situated at prime location for shopping and dining. Walkable and close to metro stations. Staff were professional, polite, recognized & greeted me whenever I came back to the hotel. My room was clean, quiet and elegant. When I visited in December 2024 - hotel seemed not to have centralized heating. I had to request for extra blanket unfortunately it did not keep me warm. "First it ran out of Body wash, then it ran out of conditioner; I have to call the house keeper to refill, Not sure why they didn’t refill while doing the house keeping. Also the door lock was couldln’t lock, we have to ask the maintenance to fix it. "

" Very good stay I always stay here before the flight next day .very convenient and functional right next to the MRT 8A station . I am an older neurologist trained at Mayo , my rule is staying close to a good hospital , so you get 2nd chance especially a heart attack or stroke .
