"Our room included the buffet breakfast. It's a good balace od Eastern and Western cuisine. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The Taiwan Brewery is close by, so we had a look and had some fresh beer at their store. It's a very great hotel and shopping is all around."

"Hotel is nicely situated, but does not have very much in the way of amenities. The so-called Expedia VIP amenities are a joke. They are either non-existent or not offered. Expedia should really re-evaluate this - I am beginning to think it’s really a useless scam"

"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.. Will definitely be back to this hotel next year!"
