"Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by. "This hotel is located in Luohu, the older part of SZ. But the location is fantastic as the hotel is just next to the malls and there are plenty of dining options. The room is spacious but abit dated. Upon check in, we found that the day curtains were torn with two holes which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Had informed front desk during check out. "

"It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before. With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places...

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."

"I reserved a room for 1 night with breakfast. The staff have been really nice to try to justify that no mini bar in the room, no breakfast in the hotel but 1 voucher for the partner cafè store outside. Unbelievable expensive cost for this type of offer. WiFi didn't work and no battery in the balance. Position is good, in Centre area, walking distance to subway and MTR, Clean enough for stop and start, but be careful about the cost. tooooo expensive."
