Truly wonderful staff who stepped out to take our luggage before we even walked in, checked in via text message each day, gave us great dining recommendations each night… We were very impressed with them. The room is a little smaller, but so well appointed with Scottish decor. Lots of hotel amenities. Only negative was loud people outside on our side of the building from a bar/disco or something.
