"We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "

"The hotel is very clean although the room is a bit small. The best part of our stay is the service that is unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had. We also had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wait staff especially the waiter Moi were very attentive and nice. We feel really fortunate to choose this hotel. "

"Charming hotel with excellent staff and service, plus a great restaurant for evening meals. The only small downside is that it is a couple of kms from the main tourist zone, but that is a short walk and they have frequent minibus transfers for guests"

"Walking distance to all the sightseeing places in Florence. Friendly staff, especially Lucia at the front reception office, makes the stay memorable! Lucia gave us a quick overview of Florence including the museums, the parks, the restaurants and the Christmas market. "Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
