"What an amazing hotel and service! We have been to Cliveden House before - for afternoon tea, for dinner, and just to visit the grounds. But this time we decided to treat ourselves and booked a Club Room for an overnight stay, as it was our anniversary. But what an amazing surprise - we got upgraded to a Junior Suite, got a bottle of prosecco, a piece of cake and a hand-written greeting card! "It's pretty nice. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "
