"The hotel was old and badly needs updating in terms of interiors. The elevators were beat-up looking. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and clean but the furnishings were old. It seems only a piece or two of furniture here and there were reupholstered recently. "Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend."
