"This was one of my favourite trips to Poland thanks to this beautiful hotel. Lovely architecture and the service was impeccable. The room was HUGE, comfy beds and underheated bathroom floor was a lovely touch. The spa is gorgeous - and was empty for the duration of our stay. Only downfall was that the pool was very cold (but we got used to it after 5ish mins in)"

Polite, accommodating, attentive, kind and approachable, professional and multilingual. Room functionality was off you can hear what happens in the room next to you: we woke up one night from people having sex. Very clear audio.
