"This property had a few faults, no back door key which we where not told about. Internet not working, chair broken. Kitchen was dirty. When we asked the owner about internet did not get very far as we messaged and did not get a reply."

"Great location, some miscommunication regarding bed linen but response was quick and it got sorted. Fabulous location for shopping and theatre. We wanted to eat in and kitchen utensils/items were rather limited. Thank you"

"Lo 5 minute walk into town to good selection of shops, grocery, restaurants/pubs/cafes/bakeries, The property itself is on a busy main road and has some traffic noise. Things to consider. There are steep narrow steps to navigate down from the parking space to the entry door to the property. Once inside the stairs to the first floor (bedroom annd bath up are steep and narrow also. "

"We booked this property for us to stay in Manchester while we were moving our son over for his graduate degree. It was in a great location for us. We walked almost everywhere we went. We felt very safe and comfortable in the home and would definitely stay here again! "

"My favorite thing about this property is the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get and is is a beautiful new estate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, my children and I loved it. "

"Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay"
