"Hotel was large, clean and comfortable. Reception was efficient. Car park good but spaces quite small. Room was adequate but nothing special. Breakfast good. Biggest problem was the restaurant was shut for dinner and we were told the nearest restaurant was about 800 metres away. There was a shelf of snack meal for sale at very high prices. "

"Al llegar, me recibió en recepción la mujer más amable del mundo. Me hizo sentir bien recibida y me dió un juego de llaves para la habitación y a la pensión. La habitación y el servicio: limpios. La pensión se encuentra muy bien ubicada a cuadra y media de la Plaza y la estación de metro Areeta. La zona es muy segura y bien iluminada (os digo yo, que fui a un concierto en Ereaga, regresé en metro y caminé a la Pensión a eso de la 1 de la madrugada).
