"Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy. "

Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. "We had a great stay. Accommodation spot on and the breakfast was great. Didnt seem to be a good area to stay but was ok. Friendly reminders from local shop keepers to keep safe from pick pockets. Great for access to everywhere. We walked but plenty of buses. Would use again."

"Fantastic hotel, great location in centre of Bilbao. Very friendly and exceptional reception staff. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms with great shower. We didn’t use roof top pool as weather not hot enough, but looked stunning and will return in the summer to try it out. Cannot recommend more highly. "

Amazing stay in beautiful Blibao

"Muchas gracias por una estancia increíble. The room was brilliant, a massive super comfortable bed, huge bathroom with shower and big bathtub! But the service made the stay extra memorable. From being able to check in early, to extra touches like treats left on the pillows in the evening, and amazing service throughout the stay. Thank you so much, we had an amazing time."

"Amazing staff, from concierge to cleaners - all of them so helpful and polite. We stayed for 6 nights in Bilbao and this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We travel a lot for work and leisure so that is saying a lot! Well done to the staff at Radison Bilbao"
