"Definitely a futurist hotel. Looks really good and all the floors are unique and differents. Overall the room was clean, but the carpet was very dirty, which was unpleasant. Also, maybe the rooms should come with some instructions, cause we found it super complicated to adjust the AC.. We couldn't figure it out, and after multiple attempts, decided to call staff for help. Overall great experience! Also the restaurant has really good food, and their sweet sureau was fire!"

"The hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel is in a great location for walking around as many stores, restaurants and the Mercado de San Miguel are within walking distance. The staff and the concierge were helpful and knowledgeable. My family only tried the enclosed area of the rooftop once since it was cold at night, but we didn’t enjoy it as people were allowed to smoke there. "
