"Amazing hotel! The rooms are the cleanest I have ever experienced in a hotel anywhere in the world, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff are exceptional and everyone is so polite and helpful. They answer all your questions, help you with special requests like "sending the Rimowa luggage to the service centre", they book tours and give advice and really everyone there makes your stay really wonderful."

"The welcome on arrival was superb. We arrived early and our room was available. We had an upgrade to a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. All of the staff were friendly and wanted to help. The location was excellent as walkable to Dubai Mall and fountains. We also made use of the free shuttle bus. The facilities at the hotel were amazing. We used the gym, spa and pool.
