"Beautiful hotel, we were there for NYE, food was excellent however, the bar was understaffed and there were no chairs for people to sit after dinner, no staff seem to have the common sense to get chairs for people v odd was there was lots of space for them, a v expensive night away to have no seat seems unbelievable really. "Amazing hotel, beautiful castle and grounds. Carriage rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. You can hear everything from next room though. All the staff were so helpful and nice. Food at the golf club and at hotel breakfast was absolutely divine. Super tasty! Breakfast also had freshly squeezed orange juice. Definitely will be back someday to try the afternoon tea. "

"This place was awesome until the showers stopped working. The owner/manager of the property seemed like it wasn't a big deal. Cleaning service showed up at 9:45am and ran us out. Boooooo."
