"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. "This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed. The only thing was there is no safe to keep belongings like your passport, money and laptop and there was no extra physical lock on the door just a button to lock it. "I stayed here for one week: Feb 2025. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the entire place is spotlessly clean, and the room is incredibly well organized. My room was small - like a very posh college dorm😂 - but I never felt cramped because the layout and design was so well done. Bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend!"
