I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I enjoy it. I travel with my elderly father and want to be close to him, so having an apartment style accomodation is perfect. Check-in and out are always easy. The apartment was clean and having access to the onsight parking garage is always a plus!

We got bumped and moved to another property - they initially told me that there was a maintenance issue but when we got to the other property it was because they overbooked. It wouldn't be so bad but I had booked and apartment and the other property only had a single bed room. Also no on-site parking. Very disappointing. I've stayed here before and it's a good place to stay as it's walkable to the Temple area and around downtown Dublin.

St Augustine Apartments are as advertised - large, clean, and very convenient location for Dublin. Just around the corner from the Brazenhead and a short walk to Guinness factory/storehouse and Temple Bar area. We only stayed a night but the property would be a good base for a multi-night stay. Large kitchen & living room area and large bathroom with separate bedrooms made for an excellent stay for our family of six. On-site parking ($14 a night) within a gated area was another benefit. Desk is always staffed. We would choose it again.
