"Hotel was great i booked it online and paid But when i checked in they said i had not paid But now iam home and checked my cards i paid twice but on different cards iv not had a response as yet Hotel was great It was my fisrt little hoilday since 1998 This has made me so upset I do hope i get a refund from one of my cards It could be a genuine mistake on there side Am going to Dublin again later on in the year and woud stay there again if i get a refund for being charged twice"

Friendly staff and quick responses to any room needs. We purchased the hot breakfasts for all four mornings and it was delicious. The coffee machine brewed any type of coffee desired."
