The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. "Quality hotel to a high standard. Lack of air conditioning anywhere apart from the rooms was noticeable eg there was nowhere during the day apart from your room to escape the heat if needed."

"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you.
