"Properties nice. Buffet restaurant was good for meals. All inclusive was bit worth the price in my opinion especially since I don’t drink alcohol. Coke a cola was watered down consistently and most times it took a long time to get drinks with meals prior to almost being finished eating. Beach is beautiful , the various pools are nice. Room was comfortable and wifi worked well throughout. All inclusive had many restrictions for instance if you at at al la carte restaurant menu was very limited...

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. "We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. We’re already planning our return trip. "
