"Air conditioning on my room broke, it’s super warm, after letting the staff know they really try there best to help, on the middle of the night one staff brought a fan and unlocked the window, and they have building maintenance fix it right the next day, for me that’s a good job other than that everything on this hotel it perfect "

"We chose the Marriott based on it overall reputation and location as a family of 4 sharing a family room. Location was perfect and the majority of places we wanted to visit during were walkable which was ideal. "Old building that is converted into a hotel. Beautifully done. The W has actually two buildings. If you stay at one building and want to use the gym or pool, you have to cross the street. It's a very small street so it is actually charming rather than annoying. Pool and spa are GORGEOUS. I also stayed at the W in Barcelona but this one is definitely more impressive. THey also had a cool lounge on top of the building."
