"I travel extensively and this must be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The furnishing and decor are modern, clean and faultless. The room is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This hotel is ideally located for tourist attractions with the Old Town square within a 3 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow. "

"Had such a lovely stay. We booked a deluxe room which was very nice, furnished well and had the finishing touches you would expect. The only small issue was the temperature of the room being too high despite the AC being on the lowest setting. as we were out exploring the city for most of the day it wasn’t too much of a problem therefore I didn’t flag it with the staff so haven’t knocked off any stars for that.
