Also, the heat in the room did not work and the hotel room was freezing every night because it was cold outside. "Area a bit touristy but conveniently located near both Red and Blue metro lines. Easy walk to Chiado and sights. Rossio train station across the street for day trips. Hotel is well maintained with nice breakfast buffet. "
