"What a cute little hotel. We had a deluxe room facing the Praca. There was a small sitting area, well equipped bathroom and super comfy bed (I know - that’s subjective). We also appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. We’d definitely stay here again. Just be aware, the entrance is basically on the back side of the building, not on the Praca. "Lovely place to stay. Clean, great location and room was really spacious. Only negative is the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We asked for a change of pillow after second night but it didn’t make a difference. Investing in better mattress and pillow would have made this stay perfect."

"Feeling Eduardo was a wonderful choice! It’s right in front of the Sao Sebastião exit. You literally take five steps and you’re right in the metro station! "Loved the staff and beautiful property and amenities. The staff were absolutely wonderful to us and did everything possible to make our stay great! The Fado performance and dinner offered at the hotel was magnificent with fabulous performers. My wife and I loved it here and would stay again any time. So grateful to have stayed here. "This place was awful. NO AIR CONDITIONING which is not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. Apparently, Expedia has that info but not listed anywhere. Would not have booked this place if I had known there was no air conditioning. No fans either and on top of that window was broken and couldn't be opened. Temp was close to 80 when I got there. Expedia was of no help finding me another room. Left within an hour of arriving. Temp next day was 102 degrees. Unacceptable at any price."

"The property is in the first and second floors of a prince's palace from the 1800's. The ceilings are beautiful with original chandeliers. There is a lift. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The room was creatively adapted to allow a bathroom. Breakfast pastries changed every day allowing us to try new tastes.."

"Clean and spacious single room, had everything I needed. Location was really good - walking distance to Ramiro’s, Martin Monitz (Tram 28) and a short hike up to Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. A fantastic Portuguese souvenir/goods shop called A Vida Portuguesa is right in front of the building. A bit noisy with nightlife in the neighbourhood so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper."

"My disappointment is not for the hostel itself. The Bridge is a very neat hostel, with a good bedroom, good breakfast, and good location. My disappointment is for those 4 women who stayed this hostel on March 31. This hostel is no smoking, not they just smoked, drank, and talked loudly at the 1F balcony until 2 am. Shame on these 4 women!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice individual touch at the end of our visit with a hand-written letter thanking us for our stay. The breakfast was good and kept well topped up. The linens in the room were nice and clean but some of them were a little tired with some frayed edges on the towels."

"Stayed here for 2 weeks. Charming place with friendly staff. Lovely buffet style breakfast every day, including food they’ve grown themselves. Local area is quite hilly. Also, a private area so regular cars and some taxis can’t take you right to the hotel. Lots or nice restaurants and bars in the local area, just be prepared for the walk back at night. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was lovely - such a great part of town with a park on either side. It's a short walk away from several different restaurants as well as a laundromat. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items especially pastries but our favorite was the bacon! Our room was quite spacious even with the slated roof lines & our patio balcony provided great sunset views. If you're in the area, check out The Midnight Espresso!"

"The location was good not to noisy or busy. Didn't realise it was right next to Benfica stadium and there were a couple of matches on while we were there. Bathroom was knackered, sink area needs replacing as water damaged over a long period of time. One dishwasher tab provided and a tea towel. No oven gloves or and other kitchen cleaning stuff. "We had a great stay at Locke de Santa Joana. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean and well-organised. It was just a couple of minutes’ walk from the metro station and bus stops, from which it was a short ride into the centre. It was a great base for exploring Lisbon. "

"The Corpo Santo hotel was one of the nicest hotels ever! The property is conveniently located near lots of Lisbon’s main attractions, and there are public transit stops nearby. The hotel is very clean with amazing rooms and a ton of complimentary offerings such as snacks in the lobby, wine tastings in the evenings, and super nice breakfasts each morning. The entire staff was so friendly as well (with a special mention of Casanova and the breakfast staff that took such good care of us each morning as we started our days). They did everything one could think of to make us feel like family to include surprising my wife with cake and champagne on her birthday (without us mentioning it was her birthday—they just knew!). We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Lisbon."

"Beautiful room. The biggest bed! Excellent breakfast with great views across the city. Lovely staff. Welcome drink in the bar, plus port and sweet treat in the bedroom upon arrival. Super location 2 mins from metro and near to tourist spots, bars, restaurants and shopping. Fantastic. "
