"The hostel was nice and clean. It is close to Rossio square and walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately the street outside the hostel is noisy with drinks and is a little sketchy. I felt safe as I was with my partner. I may have felt differently if I was traveling alone. "

"Truly one of the most well-covered hostel I have stayed at! They thiught of everything. The staff is incredibly helpful. From the time I arrived, I was given a very informative tour down to the sardines art! They respect your privacy. "Good hostel with all you are looking for from a hostel. Helpful staff. My main gripe was the WiFi was spotty. I could not even connect on my room and most places throughout the building."

"The staff here we're incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "

The conditions of the hotel did not matched the images ad descriptions provided in hotel.com, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
