"As a solo traveler I often find larger resorts can be/feel quite isolated - Bambootel made every effort to make me feel welcome, couldn't do enough for me and very often we're happy to stand and have a conversation about my day etc... all the staff were fun, I'm very often quite inquisitive about my life rather than me asking questions about theirs all the time... 10 out of 10 for hospitality, couldn't have asked for a better service."

Food was good, the list being pretty long - they had a daily recommendation, so we followed that. Staff was super helpful and helped us find things to do. Got transported from and to airport by them and the driver managed to get us safely through the somewhat chaotic traffic. Would definitely recommend and will come back. "
