"The hotel is designed beautifully and the staff are nice. The only thing we noticed was that our room was very dusty. We stayed in a room with steep ceilings because of the roof and the floor under those areas was covered in dust. Aside from that, the howl is in a convenient and quiet location with a good number of dining options."

My elderly parents were waiting for our transfer to the airport and had a sandwich. I understand it’s policy for us to not consume outside food in a restaurant but we did not know/expect the entire lobby to be part of the restaurant/bar/cafe.
