"Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great...

"We arrived early, they offered to hold our luggage since the room wasn’t ready. We were upgraded, which was appreciated. The bedding was good. Shower has great water pressure.
