"Congrats This is without a doubt the best Marriott hotel we have been to. The grounds are amazingly beautiful and well kept. The staff made our stay so enjoyable. They were always attentive and helpful. Not one time did I hear a NO. Very polite. The restaurants served large portions and were well worth the prices. "Loved the warm welcome drink and hospitality. The grounds are beautiful and our room was over the top with all natural wood and stone decor. Our surname posted on the front door was a nice personalized touch! We loved the balcony hammock and jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and bathroom waterfall! Access to La Paz Waterfall Gardens for a huge aviary, exotic wildlife and gorgeous waterfalls. The property is terraced on a hill so lots of stairs."

"We stayed 3 nights at Finca Vibran. The grounds and flowers are gorgeous and the views of the valley are amazing. Our room was very nice and comfortable. My only issue is that it was very warm in our room and only a small bathroom window for ventilation. Our only other option was to open our door at night (not worried about our safety at all) but the issue was bugs. There is mosquito netting over the bed, but I don't want to let all those bugs into our room. Lots of bugs anyway--beetles...

"So I got two voicemails from Expedia before the reservation saying the hotel was closed . I called Expedia talked to an agent that then said no it’s open and the reservation is good. My son and I drove there got to the gate which was closed and there was no one to be found. No Expedia is not even refunding me . Not only should you not book this hotel but you should not book anything through Expedia . "
